The Learning 4 Life philosophy

Learning 4 Life is totally committed to training and personal development with a significant portion of all staff member's working week being allocated to their personal training. This is one of the many measures Learning 4 Life takes to ensure that all our learners have the very best support.

 

Jean Rusher is the General Manager of Learning 4 Life with an unparalleled background in management and customer service. Jean is responsible for the smooth running of the groups training activities and is the first point of contact for our corporate clients, which include: the St Andrews hospital group, Wincanton, Wicksteed park and Oxford University Press.
Paula Franks is the Manager of our Corby training centre and is also our primary Skills for Life Tutor. Paula has successfully steered many learners, young and old, to GCSE and A level equivalents in Literacy and Numeracy. Paula is at present studying towards her level 3 qualification in learner support.
Paul Windram is the Senior Administrator and Exam Centre Manager for Learning 4 Life. Paul is also the Senior Tutor. Paul's background is primarily in computer programming and database management. Paul is currently studying for his NVQ A1 assessors award and is on the verge of completing his advanced ECDL.

The youngest member of our team is Loren Allen, the centre's Administrator and Receptionist. Loren's primary role is the induction and initial assessment of learners. Loren is on the verge of completing her ECDL and provides excellent support to our tutoring staff.

Jennie Tann is a part-time administrator at the Learning 4 Life. Jennie's background is in customer service from which she brings the highest level of competency. Jennie's primary role is with the enrolment and guidance of our newer learners as well as providing our tutoring staff with invaluable support. Jennie is presently working towards her ECDL qualification.
Graham Fowell is a Tutor/Trainer with a background in web development. Graham's primary role is that of Online Tutor, he is also responsible for running our innovative workshop programme. Graham is currently working towards his advanced ECDL and his NVQ A1 assessor award.

Ian Scollins is the newest member of our team having joined us in the role of Administrator at the beginning of August 2005. Ian's primary role is the administration of our learners and corporate clients. Ian also handles learner enrolments and provides valuable support to our Tutors.
